• The contributing photographer must own the copyright to all images that are submitted to the library and should have signed releases as required.

• The administration software will also automatically calculate the commission due to contributing photographers. Our standard rate is 50% of usage rights fees.

• We only accept digital images and are happy to accept images scanned from film, or those produced using a digital camera provided that the end result is of an acceptable standard.

• Images submitted to us must be 15-100mb Tiffs (PC Format), RGB 1998, 8bit, unsharpened, captioned and keyworded using Photoshop IPTC.

• Preview images will be watermarked for increased security. Images paid for on line can be downloaded as high resolution files for immediate use by the client.
